Boris Houenou is a Beninese economist, technologist, and investment strategist whose career spans Silicon Valley, Harvard, and the corridors of African governments. He advises Fortune 100 companies and heads of state on AI, digital transformation, and investments, and has spent two decades building the infrastructure that makes economies work: bringing broadband internet to millions across Africa and Latin America, structuring energy systems for African nations, and leading the industrial supply chains that created 440,000 jobs (70% held by women), work recognized with the OECD DAC Prize in 2015. A Harvard graduate and Fulbright Scholar, his work has been featured in the Financial Times, Reuters, BBC, and Jeune Afrique.
